Minor input improvements

Some minor input improvements:

• Autorepeat is no longer disabled, so you can hold down Z to undo a lot of moves very quickly.
• Default key actions are prevented, this avoids interference from Firefox's "Search for text when you start typing".
• Z can be used to cancel a pending transformation.
